How it works

Kit digital is open to all Smes and self-employed persons who meet the requirements to receive the bonus from the government program of grants. This includes, but is not limited to, employers who work as self-employed, entrepreneurs and Sme owners. To register your kit, we are your agent digitizer certificate, we'll take care of the high, the realization of the project and the reporting of results.

Use of the bonus

The beneficiary must use the bonus granted in the hiring of one or more of the advisory services of the Program Catalog.

Advisors digital

Advisors Digital will be the advisory service selected by the company and will lead the smes in the steps you should follow to continue with its process of digitization.

Requirements

The program is aimed at smes with between 10 and less than 250 employees.

The number of employees is calculated taking into account the data of existing workers in the General Regime of Social Security and the Special Regime for Self-employed Workers, or by any other means valid in law, at the time of submitting the application.

In addition, the companies must meet the following requirements:

Fiscal domicile

Must be located in Spanish territory

Be an SME

Be considered a small or medium-sized business.

Tax obligations

Be aware of the tax obligations and before the Social Security.

Fiscal health

Not having the consideration of a company in crisis.

Census of entrepreneurs, professionals and retainers

Be enrolled in the Census of entrepreneurs, professionals and retainers of the State Tax Administration Agency, or in the census equivalent of the Tax Administration Foral.
