Requirements
Fiscal domicile
Must be located in Spanish territory
Be a business, microenterprise, or self-employed
To have the consideration of self-employed or company. For the self-employed, is set to a minimum of 6 months.
Tax obligations
Be aware of the tax obligations and before the Social Security.
Fiscal health
Not having the consideration of a company in crisis.
European Commission
Not be subject to an outstanding recovery order of the European Commission declaring an aid illegal and incompatible with the market.
Prohibitions
Not to engage in any of the prohibitions laid down in article 13.2 of the Law 38/2003 of 17 November, General Subsidies.
Limit of aid
Do not exceed the limit of aid and subsidies from the State, located in 200.000 €.
