Kit Digital

Kit Digital is an initiative of the Government of Spain, whose aim is to subsidize the implementation of digital solutions available in the market to achieve a significant step forward in the maturity level digital.

The kit offers a bond with a price for the manage by choosing one or more digital solutions offered by the agents digitizers develop the services of the catalog.

The number of employees is calculated taking into account the data of existing workers in the General Regime of the Social Security and in the Special Regime for Self-employed Workers, or by any other means valid in law, at the time of submitting the application.

How it works

Kit digital is open to all Smes and self-employed persons who meet the requirements to receive the bonus from the government program of grants. This includes, but is not limited to, employers who work as self-employed, entrepreneurs and Sme owners. To register your kit, we are your agent digitizer certificate, we'll take care of the high, the realization of the project and the reporting of results.

Agent Digitizer

We are a agent digitizer certificate. We will handle your request and we will be in touch with you to resolve any questions. We will carry out a constant tracking of your request to make sure that it arrives in good order.

Project

Once you have granted the request we will contact you to start the project. We will carry out the project tailored to your needs.

Result

You we will report the result of the project in the desired frequency, keeping you as an active part of the development project.

Requirements

The companies must meet the following requirements:

Fiscal domicile

Must be located in Spanish territory

Be a business, microenterprise, or self-employed

To have the consideration of self-employed or company. For the self-employed, is set to a minimum of 6 months.

Tax obligations

Be aware of the tax obligations and before the Social Security.

Fiscal health

Not having the consideration of a company in crisis.

European Commission

Not be subject to an outstanding recovery order of the European Commission declaring an aid illegal and incompatible with the market.

Prohibitions

Not to engage in any of the prohibitions laid down in article 13.2 of the Law 38/2003 of 17 November, General Subsidies.

Limit of aid

Do not exceed the limit of aid and subsidies from the State, located in 200.000 €.
